At Norsewood, we organize all deliveries to ensure a reliable and professional service.

All deliveries are organized by the Seller to ensure a reliable and professional service. Pickup from our warehouse is not available—all orders are delivered directly to the Buyer’s specified address.

Pallet System & Order Requirements

To reduce shipping costs and improve safety, all orders are packed in full pallets only (maximum height 2400 mm). You must fill a whole number of full pallets to proceed to checkout.
Minimumsbestilling er 1 hel pall totalt.

Leveringsbetingelser

The Buyer must ensure that the delivery address is accessible by truck and that the ground is stable and suitable for pallet unloading. If access is restricted, delivery will be made to the nearest suitable location as directed by the Buyer.
Deliveries are made using trucks equipped with a taillift. This ensures that pallets can be unloaded directly without the need for additional equipment other than a pallet jack.

Unloading Responsibility

All deliveries include tail-lift service by default. The driver will place the pallet(s) at ground level in front of the property or in another accessible location, depending on on-site conditions.
If delivery is not possible due to customer-related issues (e.g., no access), please contact us in advance. There may be additional charges for failed deliveries due to accessibility, but redelivery will be arranged as needed.

Flexible Scheduling

Buyers may request a preferred delivery date; however, exact timing cannot be guaranteed due to possible logistical delays (weather, traffic, etc.).

Delivery Areas & Times

  • Delivery is available only within mainland France (Corsica and other islands are excluded)..
  • Beregnet leveringstid: 12-14 virkedager, avhengig av destinasjon.

Delivery Costs

  • All shipping costs are included in the listed product prices.
  • If an order is canceled after dispatch, the Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred.

Defect Reporting & Claims

The Buyer must inspect all goods upon delivery. Visible defects, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 3 working days. Hidden defects must be reported within 7 working days.

All claims must include clear photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging
  • Moisture content (if applicable)

If a claim is approved, the Seller will either replace the product or offer a partial refund, at our discretion. Returns are only accepted for Seller-related defects.
